Golden Finance reported that Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terrett wrote on the X platform, noting that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has not yet accused Consensys. Previously, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission mentioned in its Wells Notice the swaps and stakes of the MetaMask wallet had regulatory issues.
