On October 1st, Jin10 News reported that Lebanese Minister of Environment, Yassin, stated on the evening of September 30th, local time, that due to the continuous attacks by the Israeli army on Lebanon, the number of registered displaced persons by government departments has exceeded 157,000. However, he estimated that over one million Lebanese people have left their homes, which accounts for about one-fourth of the Lebanese population. Yassin stated that in response to this emergency situation, Lebanon has currently established 856 reception and shelter centers.
