On November 6, according to CNN, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is optimistic about being able to predict the winner of Georgia on election night. He said that more than 4 million early and absentee ballots have been received and verified, and all of this data must be uploaded and recorded within one hour after the polls close. Most polling stations will close at 7 p.m., so by 8 p.m., ‘possibly 99% of the data will be processed, and you will have a rough idea of the election,’ he added. ‘All voting data tonight will also be processed before the end of the day.’ Many small counties in Georgia are working to complete the counting work before 10 or 10:30 p.m. ‘But by the end of the night, you will have all the results.’ As of the time of posting, it is 13:10 on November 5th in Georgia local time (GMT-5).
