Animoca Brands X account has been recontrolled by X platform, and the true ownership of the account is being verified.

ChainCatcher News, Moca verse on X platform said that this morning, the official X account of Animoca Brands co-founder Yat Siu, @ysiu, was compromised despite having set up two-factor authentication (2FA). Unauthorized access was gained. The account was used by the perpetrators to publish false information and links about a counterfeit SOLANA Token. It has been confirmed that the X platform has regained control of the @ysiu account and is currently verifying the true ownership of the account. Evidence suggests that this may be a case of identity theft, as the account has already implemented standard security measures (such as two-factor authentication). Stronger security solutions are being considered and implemented. The official accounts of Animoca Brands, Moca Network, or MOCA Foundation have not been compromised and strict security measures have been taken. As a security measure, all key members and official accounts have updated all their identifications. No other vulnerabilities or unauthorized activities have been found.
