However, he emphasized that the 0xENAS account was created, managed, and operated entirely by himself, solely recording his personal transactions and unrelated to Tangent’s investment activities. Eugene systematically refuted the accusations of selling undisclosed VC quotas, driving up sales, charging for promotion, and falsifying trading records. He stated that his transactions were completely separate from Tangent’s angel investments, and all angel investments were subject to a lock-up period, making it impossible to profit through trading. In addition, he denied accepting any form of paid promotion, and pointed out that his trading records were transparent and the profits were entirely from personal capital operations. Eugene also revealed that recently an anonymous account attempted to expose his identity and threatened his family.
