Abstract generation in progress

Odaily Planet Daily News, Federal Reserve Chairman Powell said that the effective lower Intrerest Rate limit is still a follow-worthy issue, but returning to the effective lower limit is no longer the base case. (Golden Ten) Note: The Effective Interest Rate Lower Bound (ELB) refers to the lowest Interest Rate level that major central banks can set. In general, the Effective Interest Rate Lower Bound is usually set at zero, also known as the zero Interest Rate Lower Bound. However, after the global financial crisis, many central banks have challenged this proposition, with Japan even setting a negative Interest Rate. Since the global financial crisis, major central banks have faced continuously declining neutral Interest Rate and inflation expectations, with the actual Interest Rate level continuously approaching the Effective Interest Rate Lower Bound. If the economy experiences a downturn or recession, the frequency of Interest Rate touching the ELB may be higher.
