Gate News 消息，3 月 16 日，在华盛顿举行的 DC 区块链峰会期间，加密行业与银行业关于稳定币收益率的监管谈判已接近达成共识。数字商会首席执行官 Cody Carbone 表示，双方正倾向于一项折中方案：禁止对闲置稳定币余额支付收益，但允许发放基于交易的奖励，以解决传统银行对存款流失的担忧。目前，参议员 Thom Tillis 和 Angela Alsobrooks 被视为此次协议达成的关键人物。一旦收益率条款在立法上达成一致，关于 DeFi 和代币分类的剩余争议或将加速解决。参议院银行委员会主席 Tim Scott 预计将在峰会上就委员会下一步的投票审议时间表释放更多明确信号。
