根據彭博社報導，BlockFills 資產估計在5,000萬美元至1億美元之間，負債在1億美元至5億美元之間。
破產申請文件中還列出了該公司一些最大的無擔保債權人。包括007 Capital LLC（債權額約1,710萬美元）、Richard E. Ward可撤銷信託（債權額約940萬美元）以及Artha Investment Partners LLC（債權額約690萬美元）。
其他債權人包括日本加密貨幣交易所營運商 SBI VC Trade Co. 和持有本票債權的 Nexo Capital Inc.。
而芝商所風投部門（CME Ventures）與頂級造市商海納國際集團（Susquehanna, SIG）也曾對 BlockFills 進行戰略投資。
公司在其網站上發表聲明稱，在與投資者、客戶和債權人進行磋商後，第11章破產重整程序是「最負責任的前進方向」。該公司表示，在法院監督下進行的重組旨在保全企業價值，同時最大限度地提高利害關係人的收益。
