Gate News 消息，3 月 23 日，链上调查员 ZachXBT 近日披露，一个名为“Rashid bin Saeed”的X账号通过发布虚假地缘政治信息吸引关注，疑似为后续加密资产操纵与拉高出货做准备。该账号曾传播所谓“伊朗打击基础设施清单”，内容涉及多个国家能源与核设施，引发广泛传播。
调查显示，该账户自2025年起多次更名，并于2026年2月获得认证，目前粉丝已达35万以上，但其身份与背景存在明显异常。ZachXBT 指出，此类账号通常通过制造高冲突叙事快速积累流量，随后转向推广低流动性代币，完成资金收割。
链上数据进一步显示，与该账号相关的Telegram频道正在推广名为 CHIBI 的迷因币，并借助 Elon Musk 相关话题提升曝光度。数据显示，CHIBI 市值仅约390万美元，过去24小时跌幅超过23%，呈现典型高波动特征。
这一操作路径与过往案例高度一致。ZachXBT 曾在2025年追踪“Crypto Beast”事件，该账号通过社交媒体操纵市场情绪，推动ALT代币上涨后集中抛售，最终导致价格暴跌97%，涉及资金规模达1100万美元。
当前市场环境进一步放大了此类风险。Alternative.me数据显示，截至3月23日，加密货币恐惧与贪婪指数降至8，处于“极度恐惧”区间，并已持续超过一个月。这一情绪水平与2022年FTX事件期间相当，表明市场信心仍然脆弱。
在高波动与不确定性背景下，虚假信息更容易被放大传播，并诱导投资者做出非理性决策。ZachXBT 提醒，在参与任何代币交易或项目之前，应对信息来源进行验证，警惕利用热点事件进行市场操纵的行为。
