Gate News 消息，3 月 23 日，SK 海力士计划发行新股、赴美上市 ADR（美国存托凭证），发行规模约为总股本的 2.4%，预计募资 10 万亿至 15 万亿韩元。所募资金将主要用于扩大高带宽内存（HBM）生产能力及推进用仁半导体集群建设，以巩固其在全球 AI 半导体市场的领先地位。SK 集团会长崔泰源此前在英伟达 GTC 2026 开发者大会上已公开表示正在推进 ADR 上市计划。
