Network3 創辦人 Rock 傳出離世，社群揭露其創業壓力與 TGE 結構困境，事件引發對幣圈生態與做市商角色的深層反思。
KOL「月光」在社群平台表示，近日得知區塊鏈專案 Network3 創辦人 Rock 去年傳出已輕生離世。他直言，創業者往往同時承受來自社群、團隊與投資人的多重壓力，還包含對自身的高標準要求，「名校畢業、拿到融資、發幣上所，都挽回不了一條活生生的人命」。據其描述，Rock 曾為了創業投入大量資金，甚至賣房創業，最終仍無法承受壓力，留下剛出生的孩子與妻子。
朋友眼中的 Rock：老實人不適合幣圈
另一位 KOL 蔡司則分享與 Rock 相識三年的經歷。他回憶，兩人於 2023 年 EthDenver 前相識，當時 Rock 仍具 Web2 背景，其 VPN 產品已有用戶與收入，後續才轉入加密領域。蔡司形容 Rock 個性樂觀、熱心，杜拜 Token2049 期間，因為百年一遇的暴雨。他甚至主動接送同行友人往返機場與飯店，一天駕車多達數趟。
然而，這樣的性格也可能成為幣圈結構下的弱點。蔡司直言，當前以發幣（TGE）為核心的創業模式，本質上只剩兩種角色：「把別人當棋子，或成為別人的棋子」。他指出，過去一年見到太多老實人，在市場順風時被追捧，逆風時卻遭到輿論與資本反噬，最終承受龐大壓力。
Network3 代幣傳也是 Web3Port 受害者
此外，Mask 創辦人 Suji Yan 透露，Rock 生前壓力來源之一，可能與 Web3Port 有關。該做市商曾被指在交易所進行單邊拋售，導致多個項代幣價格大幅下跌甚至歸零。包括 MOVE、MyShell、GoPlus 等項目，都曾被市場質疑流動性提供機制失靈，反而加劇價格崩跌。
