ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，XRP Ledger 将基础储备金需求从 10 XRP（约 25.60 美元）下调至 1 XRP（约 2.56 美元）。同时每个账户对象（包括 NFT、信任线、签名列表等）的所有者储备金也从 2 XRP 降至 0.2 XRP。此次调整由 XRP 验证节点运营商 Vet 首次披露。 基础储备金的目的是防止账本的大小增加到超出节点存储的能力。开发人员希望防止创建几乎没有 XRP 的垃圾帐户，因此提出 10 XRP 储备金要求来防止这种情况发生。然而高储备金受到了一些开发商的批评，他们表示这减缓了 XRP 网络被用户采用的速度。
