The gap between the traditional financial system and the decentralized finance ecosystem is gradually being bridged. This is not only a technical issue but also a critical question regarding whether trillion-dollar institutional capital can smoothly enter the on-chain world.

The current core challenge is: how to build a compliant and efficient on-ramp for institutional investors? Traditional financial institutions' requirements for risk control, auditing, and regulation will not be reduced because of blockchain. Conversely, only by truly solving these issues can DeFi move from niche innovation to mainstream adoption.

This involves multiple aspects such as transaction clearing, asset custody, and regulatory compliance. Each aspect needs to respect the decentralized nature of the blockchain while meeting the stringent standards of traditional finance. In simple terms, it is about building a bridge that is both solid and flexible between these two worlds.

Basically, it's just about wanting the big whales to come in, and you have to coax these traditional finance old-timers. Wait, decentralized coordination with regulatory compliance—aren't these two inherently contradictory? If institutions really come into DeFi, is it still DeFi? It feels a bit funny.

Basically, it's a trust issue. Institutions simply don't believe that the on-chain system can be as rigorous as traditional finance. Wait, isn't decentralization and strict regulation inherently contradictory? How can they be reconciled? The day trillions of dollars flow in, will it still be DeFi, or will it turn into CeFi? Once this bridge is built, do retail investors still have a chance? It seems that in the end, the biggest beneficiaries are those large institutions. To put it nicely, ultimately, it's just about wanting to put the crypto world into a regulatory cage. Right now, these projects are hyped up loudly, but once they become truly compliant, no one will play anymore. Interesting.

It sounds good, but from what I see... the day institutions enter is the day retail investors get slaughtered. History has shown us that every time there's a "mainstream adoption" eve, it's the final climax of the last-minute buy-in.

Oh, it sounds good, but how do you build this bridge? The traditional financial risk control logic and on-chain decentralization are inherently conflicting. Forcing compatibility might actually lead to failures. Wait, if institutions really get involved, won't they make DeFi centralized? And what will we call it then—decentralized? The key still depends on who compromises first. I bet institutions will stick to their own methods. Institutional entry sounds great, but look at how many are really willing to put big money in to try. Compliance is just a pseudo-issue, which jurisdiction has the final say? Honestly, it's all driven by interests. As long as there's money to be made, any bridge can be built.

Stop talking nonsense. The real question is whether institutions coming in will turn DeFi into DeCeFi. Wait, isn't this compliance auditing system just a tool used by traditional finance to fleece retail investors? To put it nicely, they just want big capital to smoothly harvest profits. Building bridges is fine, but don't let centralized people "optimize" our original intentions. This wave is truly a double-edged sword. Will the big fish that come in swallow the survival space of small retail investors?
