TechFlow News from Deep Tide: On March 25, according to Golden Ten Data, OpenAI announced that it will discontinue Sora, its video generation service, six months after the high-profile launch of the standalone application, in order to streamline its AI product line. OpenAI made this decision ahead of its planned IPO push later this year, aiming to refocus efforts on enterprise-level products. OpenAI's Chief Financial Officer stated: "We must build a company that is IPO-ready." With the shutdown of Sora, OpenAI will also terminate the collaboration with Disney that was announced in December of last year.
