Abstract generation in progress

Golden Finance reports that on March 30, T-RIZE Group will build a private credit digital bond program with a scale of up to $500 million on the Canton Network for a UK single SPV under Horizon Group, Kairos Litigation Limited. The initial tranche of $50 million will be rolled out shortly to compliant investors in the United States and Europe, and additional tranches will be added as appropriate.
The program is intended to convert complex private credit assets (with the underlying assets being UK litigation finance receivables) into fixed-income digital instruments. T-RIZE is responsible for tokenization design, digital issuance architecture, governance control logic, and the creation of on-chain tooling. The architecture uses a bankruptcy-remote design, with both assets and cash flows protected by encircling protection, and supported by capital protection provided by A-rated international reinsurance companies.
