Gate to Refund Undistributed NexGami (NEXG) Pre-Order Portions and Proceed with Delisting

Due to NexGami (NEXG) failing to meet expected milestones, Gate has conducted a careful evaluation and decided to terminate the remaining distribution of the NEXG pre-order event.

Refund Plan Details:
As of now, 6 rounds of NEXG token distributions have been completed, accounting for 39.6% of the total pre-ordered amount.
The remaining 9 rounds, accounting for 60.4%, will not be distributed. Gate will issue a full refund for the undelivered portion based on the original subscription value in USDT. Gate will cover the project-related losses to ensure users recover the principal amount of the undelivered portion.

Example :
If you pre-ordered tokens worth 10 USDT, the refund for the 60.4% undelivered portion would be:
10 * 60.4% = 6.04 USDT

Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 business days. Users can check their Transaction History for refund details. Given the project’s current progress and market performance, Gate has decided to delist NexGami (NEXG).

Key Details:

1. Gate has suspended the deposit services for NEXG.
2. Gate will suspend the trading services for NEXG, including the relevant spot trading pair(s) and quantitative grid trading, starting at 03:00 UTC on May 29, 2025.
3. Users who have active quantitative grid trading of NEXG should adjust their trading strategies beforehand. Otherwise, the trades will be terminated automatically before 03:00 UTC on May 29, 2025.
4. Users who do not wish to participate in the buyback should withdraw their holdings as soon as possible to avoid potential losses.
5. Users holding NEXG on Gate after June 2, 2025 can apply for the buyback by submitting a form. Gate will buy back NEXG at a price of 0.0000032 USDT per token, with a maximum compensation limit of 100 USDT per user. Applications must be submitted between 16:00 UTC on June 2, 2025 and 16:00 UTC on June 16, 2025.
