According to Mars Finance, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse posted on the X platform expressing his advocacy in Washington D.C. for reasonable legislation supporting encryption and market structure regarding stablecoins, urging U.S. government officials to view Crypto Assets appropriately. However, the chair of the U.S. Digital Asset Subcommittee, Senator Cynthia Lummis, canceled the meeting between both parties and will not reschedule. Brad Garlinghouse urged Cynthia Lummis to reconsider the meeting to jointly explore how to make the U.S. the world capital of Crypto Assets.
