Odaily Planet Daily News According to the US election news, the key “swing state” Cambria County, Pennsylvania County Commission Office said that due to a “software failure”, voters were unable to scan ballots, and the voting time in the county has been extended. The county commission office said in a statement, “The Cambria County Election Commission learned this morning that the county’s electronic voting system had a software failure, which prevented voters from scanning ballots.” It is reported that county election officials insist that “procedures have been developed to deal with such issues” and the failure “should not prevent voters from voting in their own precincts.”
