* * * * * A selection of Harvard Law students from the Class of 2024 were recognized for their contributions during the Class Day ceremony on May 22. They were honored for outstanding leadership, citizenship, compassion, and dedication to their studies and the profession.

The Dean’s Awards for Community Leadership recognize a number of graduating students who contribute time and energy to making the Harvard Law School community a better place through involvement in student organizations and journals, community service groups, clinics, and through individual efforts. Nominations are made to the Dean of Students each spring and are reviewed by a committee.

Saeed Ahmad 24’ was recognized for his notable participation in and contributions to the HLS community during the 2023-2024 academic year, with his involvement including the Harvard Association for Law and Business, Harvard Law School Student Government, The Religious Freedom Clinic At Harvard Law School, Muslim Law Students Association, and The Harvard Committee on Sports & Entertainment Law.
