We need a memecoin layer 2 blockchain, probably on Solana.
Blocks last 1 minute. Each wallet can only make 1 transaction per block. So if you buy a meme coin you have to wait until the next block to sell.
Higher gas fees. This will make deploying less often and hold times longer.
The entire chain uses the fees to give back to those that hold the chains token. Just a flywheel of fees collected / fees given back. Some will be kept to keep it running
Still a virtual pool / bonding curve platform. The higher fees will help mitigate the spamming. Maybe even limit the number of new tokens created pe

$INCOME will be the perfect example of why creator fees need to be fixed in a way that the fees need increased or stay consistent with the growth of the project. Creator fee should be .5% to 1% no matter the mcap.
As $INCOME goes higher and the agent gets less fees, the buybacks will get smaller and the whole point / narrative of the token will die off.
Increase creator fees or keep them consistent as the project grows.

Need more serial builders, not serial deployers
