Am 20. März berichtete Blockworks, dass Manifest, ein Unternehmen, das sich darauf konzentriert, US-Privatimmobilien in die Kette zu bringen, eine Finanzierungsrunde in Höhe von 2,5 Mio. $ abgeschlossen hat, die darauf abzielt, Immobilien mit DeFi zu verbinden. Die Runde wurde von VanEck Ventures angeführt, mit Beteiligung von Compound, Lattice Fund und SALT.

Das erste Produkt von Manifest ist USH, ein ERC-20-Token, der über Home Equity Investments (HEI) Zugang zum US-Wohnimmobilienmarkt bietet und eine jährliche Rendite von 13 % verspricht. HEI ist ein Finanzinstrument, das speziell dafür entwickelt wurde, um Eigenkapital aus Wohnimmobilien freizusetzen.
