PANews 2月11日消息，据Business Insider报道，由Sam Altman领导的Worldcoin母公司Tools for Humanity近期出现高层人事变动。首席架构师兼安全官Adrian Ludwig以及首席法律与隐私官Damien Kieran已于近期离职。此后公司协议、人事、人才和产品部门的负责人也相继离开。内部Slack消息显示，首席执行官Alex Blania已任命多位临时高管接替关键职能。前员工指出，公司文化和领导风格问题是人员流失的原因之一。
此次人事震荡正值公司因生物识别数据收集面临肯尼亚和欧洲部分市场的监管阻力。与此同时，Altman与Blania已另行创立专注于脑机接口技术的公司Merge Labs，引发外界对其在身份验证初创公司领导精力的关注。
