BlockBeats 消息，2 月 13 日，据官方消息，由 Aptos Labs 联合孵化、基于 Aptos 高性能底层构建的全链上交易引擎 Decibel 宣布，与 Stripe 旗下稳定币基础设施提供商 Bridge 合作推出协议原生美元稳定币 USDCBL。该稳定币将作为 Decibel 的默认抵押资产，以简化统一抵押交易流程，完善 Aptos 生态 DeFi 基础设施，强化 Aptos 在高性能、机构级链上交易场景的核心竞争力。 其中 USDCBL 将通过 Bridge 的 Open Issuance 平台发行，采用全额美元储备支持，待 Decibel 主网上线后，用户存入 USDC 即可一键转换为 USDCBL。
目前 Decibel 预存款功能已正式开放，据官方披露，预存款开放 12 小时内已吸引超过 4200 万美元资金存入，首期支持永续合约全链上交易，后续还将陆续推出现货及现实资产（RWA）交易板块。
