Odaily星球日报讯 Hyperliquid 游说组织“Hyperliquid Policy Center”首席执行官 Jake Chervinsky 在 X 平台发文表示，连接去中心化交易协议的前端接口不应被要求执行 KYC，美国法律并未、也不应强制非托管软件开发者在无搜查令情况下对用户进行“监控”，因为金融隐私是一项基本权利。虽然监管机构不能对链上非法金融活动视而不见，即便其规模远小于传统金融体系（TradFi），但解决方案并非将旧有、排除数十亿人于金融体系之外的监管规则简单套用于能够提供更优解决方案的新技术之上。
