Odaily星球日报讯 据《金融时报》报道，由美国总统特朗普主导的“Board of Peace（和平委员会）”正在探索发行一种与美元挂钩的稳定币，用于支持加沙地区的数字交易体系。知情人士表示，该稳定币将成为“让加沙居民能够进行数字支付的一种方式”。
目前加沙地区正处于严重的人道主义危机之中，现金获取极为困难。大量银行设施和 ATM 机已被破坏或关闭，同时新的现金输送也受到限制，这使得当地居民越来越依赖数字化支付方式。稳定币方案正是在这一背景下被提出，旨在建立基本的金融交易基础设施。
该项目由以色列科技创业者 Liran Tancman 牵头推进，与“加沙行政国家委员会”（NCAG）等机构合作。相关人士表示，该计划不仅包括稳定币，还涉及建立一个“安全的数字基础设施”，作为开放平台支持电子支付、金融服务、在线教育和医疗系统，并允许用户掌控自身数据。
