Odaily星球日报讯 6 万枚比特币洗钱案将于 7 月举行的“法律适用问题”听证，拟走英国追偿程序的中国受害者在完成初步登记后申请人需要在 2026 年 6 月 18 日之前补充提供详细的财务细节，包括投资总额、损失金额以及已获得的赔偿金额和证据等。据悉，本次听证将是 6 万枚比特币资产处置的关键所在，如适用中国法，受害者与蓝天格锐之间是债权债务关系，受害者最多只能拿回本金；如适用英国法，受害者对比特币享有财产权性质的权利（proprietary interest），损失金额的增值部分亦有可能被拿回。（财新网）
