ChainCatcher 消息，纳斯达克上市公司 GD Culture 宣布其董事会已授权批准出售、兑换或处置目前持有的 7,500 枚比特币储备，旨在为此前公布的股份回购计划提供资金。
据悉，这些比特币出售将分多次进行，由管理层根据公司及股东最佳利益灵活执行，出售比特币所得资金将用于回购公司普通股，并覆盖相关费用，包括经纪佣金、手续费及税费。
