PANews 12月4日消息,据Vedomosti与RBC报道,俄罗斯总统经济顾问Maxim Oreshkin表示,加密货币应被纳入国家收支平衡表,并称比特币挖矿是“被低估的出口项目”。他指出,俄企已在挖矿基础设施上投资超13亿美元,并通过加密货币进行进出口结算,对外汇市场产生实际影响。俄政府正逐步推动将加密贸易纳入监管框架,以应对制裁背景下的外贸需求。
